These Terms of Use govern your access to MortgageCalcGrid. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Educational service

MortgageCalcGrid provides general educational calculators, projections, and planning content. The service is not a lender or mortgage broker, does not accept loan applications or make credit decisions, and does not provide financial, legal, tax, investment, real-estate, or insurance advice. Results are not offers, approvals, qualification decisions, rate quotes, APR disclosures, or guarantees.

Eligibility and permitted use

You may use the service only for lawful, personal planning purposes and only if you can legally agree to these terms. You may not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape or reproduce the service at scale, misrepresent calculator results, or use the service to violate another person's rights or applicable law.

Your information and decisions

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter and for independently verifying all estimates. You remain solely responsible for financial and transactional decisions. Before acting, obtain official lender disclosures and advice from appropriately licensed professionals.

Intellectual property

The service, design, software, calculator presentation, written content, branding, and other materials are owned by MortgageCalcGrid or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms give you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the service for its intended personal purpose.

Third-party services

Links, data sources, hosting, analytics, and other third-party services may operate under their own terms and privacy practices. MortgageCalcGrid does not control and is not responsible for third-party products, decisions, availability, content, security, rates, fees, or conduct.

No warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available." MortgageCalcGrid disclaims warranties of accuracy, completeness, currency, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty arising from course of dealing or usage. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation or that an estimate will match an actual transaction.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MortgageCalcGrid and its operators, contributors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; lost profits, savings, opportunities, goodwill, or data; financing decisions; changes in property value; or losses arising from reliance on estimates or third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Service changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features and may update these terms. Material changes will be identified by a revised date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.

Applicable law

These terms are subject to applicable law and do not limit mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
